Your name, phone number, email address, delivery or collection address, your dog's name and the measurements you supply. Nothing else.

To make the piece, to arrange delivery and repairs, and to write to you about your own order. Measurements are kept so a replacement strap can be cut years later without measuring again.

Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach us. We keep only the record that a payment was made.

With the courier, to deliver or collect. With the payment provider, to take payment. With no one else, ever, and we do not sell or rent anything we hold.

If you leave a number without ordering, we use it once, to write when a place opens. Reply once to stop and the number is deleted.

Write to hello@loomi.in and we delete everything we hold about you, except records we are required by law to keep.
