Terms

A made-to-measure capsule of two pieces — collar and lead — cut and stitched to measurements you supply. Nothing is held in stock.

₹2,000 is taken to reserve a place in the founding edition. It is held against the price of the set. It is returned in full if you withdraw before cutting begins. Once the hide has been cut for your measurements, the deposit is not refundable.

The balance is due before dispatch. The set is made within 30 days of the day measurements are confirmed. If the workshop will be late, we write before the date, not after it.

Measurements are supplied by you. If a measurement is wrong, we remake the strap once, without cost. Further remakes are charged at the cost of the leather.

Made-to-measure pieces are not returnable for a change of mind. If a piece is faulty in materials or workmanship, we repair or remake it at our cost.

For as long as the piece exists, we repair stitching, edges, hardware and holes at no charge. We arrange courier collection and return. Damage from chewing, cutting or immersion is repaired where possible, also at no charge, at the workshop's discretion.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store card details.
